CH Creative Marketing is a marketing services business operated by Cade Hansen in New York State. We build and run advertising, content and follow-up systems for chiropractic practices and other small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to chcreativemarketing.com and to any contact form, booking form or lead form we run, including lead forms served inside Facebook and Instagram. Effective 19 August 2026.

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, practice or business name, your role, the rough monthly ad budget you select, the bottleneck you describe, and anything else you type into one of our forms or send us by email or text. Information we collect automatically: the pages you visit, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived, gathered through cookies and standard website analytics. We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store health information, patient records, payment card numbers or government ID numbers. Please do not send those to us.

We use your information to reply to you, to contact you about the service you asked about, to prepare a proposal, to deliver work you have hired us for, and to keep ordinary business records. We use aggregated website analytics to understand what is working and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not hand it to other advertisers for their own marketing.

If you give us your phone number on one of our forms, you agree that we may call or text you about your enquiry, including through automated messaging tools. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about work already underway between us.

We share information only with the service providers that run our business systems, and only so they can do that work for us. Those currently include Meta, for lead forms submitted through Facebook or Instagram; GoHighLevel, our client relationship and messaging system; our website and email hosting providers; and our scheduling tool. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where we need to protect our legal rights. We never sell your data.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. Some are set by third-party analytics and advertising tools, including Meta. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well if you do. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, accounting and legal reasons. After that we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you. If you ask us to delete your information sooner we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email cade@chcreativemarketing.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we will honour those requests. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

We use reputable providers, protect accounts with strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where it is available, and limit access to the people who actually need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach ever affects your information we will tell you promptly.

Our website, our ads and our services are meant for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Our site and our ads may link to other websites, including scheduling tools and social platforms. We are not responsible for how those companies handle your information. Read their privacy policies before giving them anything.

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The effective date in the first section tells you when it was last revised, and any material change will be posted here.
